Responsibilities

Participate in high-level design and architecture discussions

Build and manage performant, resilient, and self-healing microservices

Contribute ideas for improving team productivity and code delivery

Perform thorough code reviews and follow best engineering practices

Analyze and debug issues, including bugs, customer issues, and performance problems

Collaborate in planning, backlog grooming, and technical design reviews

Required

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years in a software-engineering related position

4+ years of experience in Java, J2EE ( Lambda, Streams, Functional programming)

Solid experience with Microservice, REST API development

Experience in developing solutions with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and operating cloud services

Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge of OCI is a plus
