Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of the goals and deliverables of the project.
Build and maintain plans and other artifacts to support the delivery of technical initiatives.
Relentlessly drive the execution necessary to deliver the project.
Identify risks, dependencies, and issues impacting progress.
Resolve blockers and bottlenecks.
Own communication of goals, status updates, risks, and impact to stakeholders at all levels
Provide insights for planning and prioritization based on the understanding of the project
Design, develop, and continuously improve processes to make the project successful.
Support with diagnosis and resolution of bottlenecks or blockers.

Required
Ability to work 100% remotely, or from an Applied Systems office
Solid technical background from education or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in program management in a dynamic environment
Strong track record in managing complex cross-functional projects
Problem-solving skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Experience working collaboratively across organizations
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Experience influencing without direct authority at senior levels internal and external to the engineering organization
Working knowledge of software development lifecycle practices
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
Preferred
