Responsibilities
Work on the development and maintenance of applications related to document composition, digital communication, and print management.
Be part of the Obelix squad with end-to-end responsibility for the customer journey of the Inbox platform.
Refine user stories, monitor software in production, and focus on front-end coding.
Collaborate with a team of engineers and Customer Journey Experts located in the Netherlands and India.
Utilize Web Components and lit-html for front-end development, and ensure compliance with regulatory demands.

Required
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field
Software engineering experience, preferably in creating highly scalable, secure and high-performance applications
Experience in developing Front end applications with JavaScript (ES5/ES6), HTML and CSS
Knowledge of front end frameworks and working experience in developing Web components using one or more frameworks of Angular, ReactJS, VueJS, Polymer and/or Lit-HTML/Lit-Element
Experience with setting up your own pipeline configuration
Knowledge of test driven development and test automation
Knowledge of JSON, REST, web-services, microservice architecture
Familiar with continuous integration tools such as: GIT, Azure DevOps
Strong communication skills
Experience in Agile / Scrum or Kanban
Preferred
Great analytical skills and conceptual understanding
Quick understanding of new technical concepts and technology
Strong interest in the latest trends in software development and technology
Fluent English in speaking and writing
Team player who likes to join social events
Openness to give and accept direct feedback
Focus on quality and challenging colleagues
Ability to speak up and challenge decisions
Interest and vision in recent trends in software development and technology
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-techies
