Responsibilities
Utilize quality science techniques to effect continuous performance improvement at assigned suppliers
Reviews, analyzes, and reports on quality discrepancies related to various systems
Ensure that product performance and quality conform to company and regulatory standards
Use surveillance and auditing techniques to identify process and product improvement opportunities
Interface with various stakeholders to ensure requirements and expectations are met
Facilitate development of supplier recovery plans
Monitor supplier processes for compliance and investigate root causes of deficiencies
Identify, plan, and facilitate cross-functional improvement activities
Deploy variation management tools at select suppliers to mitigate risks
Perform Quality System Audits and AS9102 First Article Reviews
Demonstrate computer proficiency and MS Office skills

Required
5+ Years experience in Aerospace Quality engineering
Must be a US Citizen
5+ years’ experience in FAI and AS9102
Preferred
Aerospace supplier experience is preferred and may be used as the primary selection criteria among equally qualified candidates
