Responsibilities
Partner with internal stakeholders and damagers to recover costs of damages.
Review construction and damage reports, determine next steps for a damage and drive to completion.
Assess/manage risk, identify potential alternatives and escalate as required to the appropriate level of management.
Self-motivated, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and clients in a time-sensitive environment.

Required
Analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Candidate should be a strategic thinker who can identify gaps in processes and work to close those gaps and improve the process
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
3-5 years of related experience
Preferred
1+ years of related experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or collections
MS Office skills
Experience in analytics utilizing financial data
Takes initiative to ask questions and proactively problem solve
