Responsibilities

Partner closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive long-term strategic and operational planning with the goal of optimizing Digital Experience revenue growth and margin profile.

Support business case modeling with in-depth, data-driven analysis and provide guidance on business impact for critical initiatives.

Own deep inspection of the business across both topline and expense, providing insights, recommendations, and story behind the business performance, risks, & opportunities.

Drive scale, automation, and collaboration within the team and cross-functionally to establish best-in-class cadences and drive efficiency and impact across the business.

Previous experience supporting topline and expense for a subscription/SaaS products

Self-starter who takes initiative, connects across products and teams, and develops strategies and ways of approaching business challenges. Problem solver who can challenge the status quo and drive new ways of thinking across the organization.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential and experience in PowerBI and Tableau are preferred; advanced programming (SQL, Python, R, etc.) is a plus

Strong analytical and communication skills, proficient in articulating key business insights and financial implications, as well as possessing effective interpersonal abilities to influence and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams.

Strong ability to handle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment and bring structure to ambiguous business challenges.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; CPA/MBA preferred, but not required

6+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required
