Responsibilities

Articulates a two-way connection between the customer's core KPIs, business priorities, and IT solutions.
Builds and executes growth and profitability plans across HPE's portfolio.
Engages with customers to identify opportunities and leads deal closure.
Develops professional relationships with customers and partners.
Maintains expertise in IT technology trends and mentors team members.
Leads the extended account team and provides feedback for development opportunities.
Coordinates with other HPE organizations to enhance customer experience.
Owns the development and execution of a comprehensive account business plan.

Required

University or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Engineering or technology education, advanced degree or MBA desired.
Typically 10+ years account management experience.
Experience in IT industry. Experience working as an IT leader, within an IT department, and/or working within customers is a plus.
Experience in vertical industry preferred - Oil & Gas
(Extraordinarily) strong track record of account management and sales performance.
