Responsibilities
Under direction of the Director of Product Management for oncology products, devise and implement strategies focused on enhancing and launching oncology products with impact to market share, sales, and investment
Plan, maintain, and execute on the product vision and product roadmap
Capture and analyze product performance, voice of the customer, and competitor market and translate findings into actionable product development, support, or enhancement initiatives
Identify potential product solutions that can improve platform functionality, health, or user experience (UX)
Define and prioritize the product backlog (set of features) to deliver a whole, valuable product
Partner with multiple stakeholders including external vendors, customers, internal cross-functional teams to prioritize programs and investment for oncology portfolio
Collaborate with marketing, digital, and commercial teams to drive the overall product experience
Partner with the digital team to help define a clear definition of deliverable business value for each team sprint, quarter, and release
Develop innovative new touch points that get the oncology brand in front of consumers at the point of decision-making
Partner with business unit leadership to align business and technology strategies with business capability roadmaps
Oversee timelines and proper execution of ideas within fast-paced, dynamic environment
Foster and manage third party relationships in the oncology ecosystem
Responsible for the prioritization of platform work based on key journey customers and/or other internal customers
Manage and maintain technical documents for assigned products

Required
Minimum of a bachelor's degree, higher degree preferred
Experience working with teams using Agile and Scrum practices
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and/or other Agile management tools
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills and business acumen
Success managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred
5+ years in product management in a tech company, biotech or other life sciences industry
Experience building and launching products
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
Experience working with a remote team
Curiosity and drive to work in the genetic testing industry
