Responsibilities

Recommends strategic network planning and network evolution policy decisions.

Evaluates network capacity/performance criteria and develops strategies for network growth and change.

Creates deliverables such as Plans of Record, Forecasts, Serving Plans, Cost Estimates, etc.

Demonstrates a basic knowledge of engineering principles, design tools, and databases.

Completes small to medium projects, seeking guidance for complex issues.
