Responsibilities

Support the development of marketing related efforts for all Client Services pursuits including creating tailored content for RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and presentations

Provide input throughout proposal development process including proofreading, editing, and final production

Work with technical staff to develop proposal sections, scopes of work, and technical approaches

Create graphic designs, edit, and optimize marketing materials such as brochures, resumes, project data sheets, ads, etc.

Maintain collateral/materials library, company-wide Style Guide, and company website

Monitor industry best practices, analyze market conditions, and competitor information

Generate reports, presentations, forms, and other documents for information flow and project results

Provide input towards campaign idea development and implementation

Edit and coordinate press releases, communications, photography, tradeshows, market research

Interface with internal and external customers, clients, and vendors

Assist with conference planning and attendance

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Required

Excellent writing/editing skills and strong graphic design instincts with keen attention to detail

Advanced skills using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat) as well as Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment

Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information

Brings ingenuity to last-minute hurdles, proactively developing effective solutions

Forges strong connections and fosters open communication across all levels and departments.
