Responsibilities

Own variance analysis and forecasting for top line metrics.

Comfortable with understanding the differing drivers that influence SaaS metrics.

Responsible for building monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior finance leadership teams, including our CFO and SVPs.

Serve as the key point of contact for our Business Finance Team for all things related to top line forecasting, including driving monthly forecast calendar, coordinating cross functional monthly review meetings to derive a timely forecast.

Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly packages with analytics on billings, unearned and collections.

Provide regular and ad hoc quantitative and qualitative financial analyses around key performance indicators and develop insights on business performance based on the interpretation of financial results.

Identify and prioritize operational improvements & automation opportunities to streamline current processes.

Articulate the story behind the numbers to senior leadership team.

Collaborate cross functionally to understand business drivers and present data with actionable insights.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.

Minimum 6+ years related FP&A experience.

Preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the attitude to deliver and think ahead.

Strong understanding of GAAP, Non-GAAP principles.

Maturity to drive things forward and be a proactive contributor.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.

Experience with full P&L modeling including allocation methodology analysis and support is a plus.

Ability to take ownership, confidence to interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, and be a team player.

Knowledge of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
