Responsibilities

Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

Analyze current inventory management processes and identify areas for improvement.

Develop relocation plans and strategies to optimize inventory storage and accessibility.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory relocation activities.

Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to forecast inventory movement and storage requirements.

Implement best practices for inventory management, including FIFO, JIT, and lean principles.

Work closely with the purchasing team and monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities as needed.

Provide training and support to staff members involved in inventory relocation processes.

Continuously evaluate and refine inventory relocation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
