Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of UX design projects from conception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, and developers to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.
Ensure consistency and coherence in UX design across multiple platforms and devices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and align project objectives.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish quality standards and best practices for UX design and ensure adherence to these standards.
Conduct thorough QA reviews to identify and address design flaws, usability issues, and accessibility concerns.
Plan and execute user testing sessions to validate design assumptions and gather actionable insights for improvement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience (6-8 years) in project management within a UX design or digital agency environment
Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma, Sketch, and InVision
Demonstrated ability to leverage Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, and handoff processes
Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for basic front-end development tasks
Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and proficiency in using Kanban boards for project management
Expertise in information architecture and roadmapping for UX design projects
Proficiency in wireframe designing to visually communicate layout and interaction concepts
Familiarity with project management tools such as ADO and Excel for task tracking and project planning
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design
