Responsibilities

Perform variance analysis on incentive/rebate (actual vs budget, claim vs accrual, etc.)

Track incentive deals system update and approval process to ensure compliance with SOX control

Provide financial and business analysis on deal negotiations to Product Management and Business Development team

Build, maintain, and publish dashboards and reports in either Tableau or other formats

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the finance organization to craft consistent reporting and messaging

Handle ad hoc data requests and pricing analysis support

Provide ad hoc analysis to support key business initiatives and special projects

Required

Bachelor's degree.

1+ year of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field

4+ years of big 4 auditing experience

Advanced proficiency in Tableau (ability to develop interactive dashboards utilizing features such as parameters, sets, calculated fields, LOD expressions, user filters, action filters, etc.)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage various projects under strict deadlines

Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong problem-solving ability

Strong ability to collaborate across departments

Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel & PowerPoint)

Prior knowledge of Cognos TM1
