Responsibilities
Support the Product team in achieving goals of Consumer internet businesses
Develop and monitor KPIs for business initiatives and company health
Deliver data-driven analyses addressing business issues
Lead exploratory analysis for product development opportunities
Partner with Product organization on data-driven decision making
Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand product performance
Inform OKR development with product leadership

Required
BA/BS with an undergraduate focus in Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. Masters a plus. Differentiator: experience within real estate tech, consumer search, and/or two-sided marketplaces
5+ years' experience with increasing levels of responsibility
Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
SQL experience required
Solid understanding of experimentation/AB testing fundamentals
Proven track record of translating business problems into analytical framework and developing analytical plans for answering complex problems and delivering analytic insights
Experience interfacing with technical resources with broad, multi-disciplinary expertise
Experience applying advanced analytical disciplines to financial, consumer audience/user experience, and/or product-level modeling, forecasting, regression, time series, etc.
Business partnering and influencing skills
Superior presentation and communication skills; mature presence coupled with emotional intelligence
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals in various functional areas and various levels of management including top-level executives
Ability to remain flexible and thrive in a fast-paced and often hectic environment. Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, and provide data-driven clarity to less technical audiences
Preferred
Experience in digital tools like Adobe Analytics preferred
Experience in online media/consumer audience-oriented / consumer internet experience is a plus
