Responsibilities
Accurately apply problem-solving skills to solve challenges and exceed performance objectives.
Lead process improvement and equipment qualifications.
Monitor and improve processes to achieve high performance standards.
Identify cost reduction and profit improvement opportunities.
Implement process enhancements based on productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards.
Manage process documentation and provide technical support.
Develop preventive maintenance plans for equipment.
Solve supplier inquiries and challenges.
Implement new product offerings and comply with quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Preference will be given with specific experience in Controls / Programming [LabView, VB, C++, Python], PLC [AB, DirectLogic, AeroTech]
