Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring high impact.
Optimize MDF allocations across partners' marketing plans and programs for maximum impact and ROI.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of co-marketing campaigns and events with partners.
Oversee the creation of partner-specific collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audiences.
Provide guidance, training, and resources to partner sales and marketing teams for effective utilization of collateral and marketing strategies.
Continually analyze and track program success through regular pipeline and opportunity tracking, utilizing key metrics and reports.
Cultivate and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key partners, serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders and partner organizations.
Responsible for budget and planning management, forecasting, and reporting.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance partner marketing strategies.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business or technology. Master’s degree a plus
5+ years of recent experience in B2B channel partner marketing, in the technology industry
Prior owner of marketing relationship with large partners (VARs, SIs, Distributors, etc.), resulting in annual joint marketing plans connected to lead creation
Proven track record in partner campaign planning, collateral development, partner marketing initiatives execution, MDF management, and results tracking
Demonstrated understanding of B2B campaign measurement and reporting
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong customer focus and business acumen; has a passion for business value
Ability to operate both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity
Hands-on, can-do attitude. Self-sufficient and proactive in solving problems
Strong project management skills, ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects
Strong cross-functional collaborator and ability to build close relationships with sales stakeholders
Driven and resilient
Organized, detail oriented, strong budget management and reporting skills
Demonstrated ability to work with international teams, and adjust to different cultures
Ability to travel to partner events as required
Good familiarity with SFDC and Marketo (or similar CRM and Marketing Automation systems)
Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
