Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and project requirements
Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts
Utilize data analysis and user feedback to refine design solutions
Ensure design consistency and scalability by contributing to the design system
Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for support and feedback
Stay updated with trends in UX design, product design, and healthcare technology
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to peers

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design and/or UX design
Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma
Experience with user research methodologies and tools
Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
