Responsibilities
Analyze asset-level financial statements and track successes and opportunities for improvement
Provide recommendations to Asset Management team based on data-driven insights
Track financial performance against budgets and notify stakeholders of variances
Assist in forecasting long-term cash flow of assets
Analyze market data and network within the real estate community
Maintain a customer-focused culture and respond to inquiries with professionalism
Collaborate with team members on property performance and best practices
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports and adherence to company protocols
Maintain operational standards of excellence and comply with all laws and company policies

Required
BS/BA degree, or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or other business field
Two-plus Years Of Prior Analysis Experience Preferred Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
Team player attitude who can work independently and collaboratively
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Organized and proactive style with ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to travel up to 20% of time
Preferred
Knowledge or familiarity of multifamily housing management software is a plus
