Responsibilities

As a team member, you will be responsible for introducing new network technologies and driving infrastructure evolution to meet customer requirements and enable business growth.

You will define performance metrics to track progress and provide directional insights through data analysis.

Working with a variety of partners, you will use your judgment and prioritization skills to resolve challenges and find optimal solutions.

By staying current on network industry trends, you will help develop a roadmap for the next 3-5 years to ensure our network remains innovative.

You will identify unknown or unmet customer needs across multiple feature areas, clarifying root problems and defining solution options.

You will promote the feature areas the team works on and present at large events to showcase the achievements.

Required

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

1+ year(s) of experience in networking domain.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

Experience in Data Center Network Technologies, including understanding of networking protocols, performance, and related technologies.

Proficient problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to address technical challenges effectively.

A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering end-to-end business value.

Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise specifications, playbooks, and executive reports.

Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements.

A track record of making pragmatic business and engineering tradeoffs to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
