Responsibilities

Responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing semiconductor chemical processes to improve product quality and reliability.

Work on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and risk management.

Identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process-related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC methodology.

Coordinate and carry out the chemical process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at the process step.

Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities.

Handle new process baseline qualifications and manage, audit, and liaise with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives.
