Responsibilities

Partner with the consulting operations team to ensure accurate reporting & analytics that highlight actionable insights.

Communicate actionable insights to drive optimal business outcomes.

Balance long-term strategic projects with day-to-day operational responsibilities.

Build data within SQL and PowerBI.

Develop reporting and insights with multiple data sources.

Own operational reporting for senior leadership.

Bring innovative ideas to data analysis.

Connect and influence stakeholders with complex data in a simple manner.

Required

Superb problem solving and analytical skills paired with an attention to detail

Ability to balance long term strategic projects with day-to-day operational responsibilities

Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy, but also able to connect the high-level strategy and objectives to the more granular details

Passionate about data, reporting, analysis, and driving data driven decisions

Results driven with a high level of intellectual curiosity

Skilled communicator; able convey ideas to technical stakeholders and senior leadership in person or in writing

You have successfully built out data within SQL and PowerBI

Experience dealing with profit and loss data, developing reporting and insights with multiple data sources, preferably in professional services or finance functions

Owned highly visible operational reporting and delivered it accurately and timely for senior leadership

Brought new innovative ideas & approaches to looking at data and reports that led to groundbreaking new insights

Trusted business partner who has been able to connect and influence people while taking complex data/ information and making it simple for others to understand and action
