Responsibilities
Support the organization and execution of the program.
Event and workshop planning and preparation (for virtual and in-person events).
Engage with Lab ecosystem partners and innovation founders to plan activities, meetings and events that accelerate the success of the Lab and participating entities.
Support with calendar and logistics management for mentors, partners, founders and general programming.
Help research and develop ecosystem analysis, best practices and curriculum of the program.
Represent the Lab in relevant community and ecosystem events.

Required
Demonstrated interest in innovation through technology, research, or new program development.
Experience in event planning and event logistics.
Strong proficiency in online productivity and data management tools and applications.
Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities, proactive, and able to jump in without being asked and a 'no task is too small or too big' attitude.
Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and collaborate, especially on multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and high level of empathy
Educational or professional background in child development, psychology, public health or similar.
Preferred
Background knowledge and demonstrated interest in child development, psychology, public health or similar content areas.
Proficiency working with 'no code' and automation tools like Airtable, Notion, Zapier, HubSpot and other project management tools strongly preferred.
