Responsibilities

Collect and consolidate campaign data from all channels into a master data source
Create monthly and quarterly reports for planning teams, creative teams, and leadership with actionable insights
Analyze performance data from channel platforms and Google Analytics, reconciling performance differences
Assist with set up and analysis of channel level test & learn strategies
Develop processes and workflows for reporting
Collaborate with performance marketing peers and in-house creative teams to understand campaign strategy and structure

Required

Minimum 3 years experience in marketing analytics with a focus on paid media
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, SQL
Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights
Open-minded team player with experience working directly with creative and other marketing teams
Analytical by nature, strives on understanding data to inform strategic decision-making
Curious and eager to self-learn and share knowledge about digital imaging space, emerging technologies and ad tech evolutions.
Adaptable, Capable of managing/supporting multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment
Self-motivated and proactive
BA: Data science or related field
