Responsibilities
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in Business or Computer Science or in a field related to the job. (Education or experience may be substituted up to a maximum of four (4) years)
5 to 7 years of experience with software testing methodologies
5 to 7 years of experience documenting test plans, test requirements, defect tracking and resolution
5 to 7 years of experience writing, running, and maintaining test scripts
5 to 7 years of experience in manual testing knowledge and experience
5 to 7 years of experience working with Test Management and Defect Management tools
5 to 7 years of experience leading and reporting test activities
5 to 7 years of proven work experience with analytical and problem-solving skills
5 to 7 years of excellent oral and written communication skills
5 to 7 years of experience with technical style guides and writing standards
5 to 7 years of experience with integration testing and best practices
5 to 7 years of experience communicating effectively with audiences of varying technical aptitudes
Knowledge of systems used to support the business of Utility, for example: IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application, Oracle Customer Care and Billing application, Automated Data Management and Meter Data Management system applications
Experience with IBM Engineering Lifycycle Management Management (ELM) or similar CLM tool
Experience with IBM Rational Functional Tester and Rational Performance Tester tools and Selenium
