Responsibilities
Elicit and facilitate requirements using various methods such as interviews, document analysis, and business process flows.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of select ABIM business area processes and technology.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze information and functional needs.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to align business and technical solutions.
Define training plans, user documentation, and change management for change initiatives.
Update documentation related to ABIM systems & processes affected by project work.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of business analysis experience within a formal software development methodology
Solid background with Agile software development life cycle
Microsoft Visio and SharePoint proficiencies
Ability to work in an organization that uses iterative project techniques
Strong analytical skills
Thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs
Desire and proven acumen to proactively anticipate problems and recommend solutions
Preferred
Six Sigma/Lean certification (or training in progress)
