Responsibilities

Own the marketing strategy and campaign plans for The International Pool, Spa Patio Expo and Deck Expo in line with business goals and objectives.
Manage event/media timelines for correct planning, executing, and reporting of marketing campaigns.
Develop value propositions for key customer groups through customer insights plan.
Write impactful marketing copy for various platforms and customer groups.
Ensure marketing collateral, email marketing, website content, and digital marketing adhere to brand guidelines.
Develop marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels.
Identify target media, industry partners, and social media influencers for integrated campaigns.
Build relationships with external show partners and vendors for successful participation.
Coordinate campaigns with stakeholders to jointly deliver the event.
Provide onsite support during shows and events.
Support the wider Pool and Deck team on additional initiatives as needed.

Required

3+ years in a Marketing Manager role with demonstrable experience forming and executing a strategy that focuses on the marketing funnel with attention on CRO.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (web, PPC, social, SEO, email) to deliver an integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy.
Strong story telling skills to effectively communicate key benefits and value to the customer in a clear and concise manner.
High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute deadline-driven projects to a high standard through strong project management skills.
Experience using marketing automation technology such as Oracle Eloqua
Experience managing social media through platforms such as Hootsuite, and experience with social media listening and sentiment analysis.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe)
Experience in budget management
Experience in team management and development
Proficiency with MS Office, including intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
Team player and highly collaborative, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel

Experience in B2B environments is preferred (events and media background preferred)
