Responsibilities

Manages journal entry postings, reconciliations, and monthly close activities, ensuring accuracy.

Monitors daily cash movements and addresses variances promptly.

Tracks outstanding funding and receivables, collaborating with business units for resolution.

Analyzes data and prepares internal financial reports regularly.

Ensures adherence to internal control procedures and maintains documentation as per department policy.

Assists in standardizing and automating routine financial reporting.

Conducts in-depth analysis on budget/forecast/actual variances.

Handles special projects and other assigned duties.
