Responsibilities

Lead and manage the successful execution of key programs within Leal

Work closely with functional area leads (e.g., preclinical, clinical, CMC, regulatory) and integrate strategic and tactical input as applicable to the programs

Lead key team operational and strategic program meetings, including creating thoughtful agendas, ensuring appropriate participation, contributing project management insights, and following up to ensure the team continues to make progress while holding others accountable

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program timelines and company milestones

Communicate and/or present project progress, updates, and roadblocks to other functional teams and to senior management

Monitor and track project budget and expenses in conjunction with Finance team

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and practices

Other duties to support cross-functional activities as may be reasonably assigned from time to time
