Required
Proven sales and business development experience
Experience with business to business sales with a focus on service selling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong qualifying and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to travel as needed (25% or less)
Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Zoom Info
Experience in corporate housing/relocation industry
