Responsibilities

Lead overall positioning and go-to-market of Wellspring products, particularly the Sophia product
Own the creation of product materials and execute that supported by market segmentation and personas
Collaborate in assessing product-market fit and defining target markets
Support marketing team in developing campaigns, programs, and KPIs
Be an expert on market/industry trends and competitors
Support sales team on competitive positioning strategies and product knowledge
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product launches
Act as subject matter expert internally and externally

Required

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of product marketing or product management experience in product messaging, sales enablement, product launches, and content creation
Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and marketing software, SaaS or other deep tech products
Experience driving revenue, new markets, and sales acceleration with a focus on customer benefit with strategic marketing skills that presents the core value proposition
Proven track record bringing new products and activation programs to market to grow the user base
Excellent presentation and writing skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and compellingly
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and manage effectively across a geographically dispersed organization
Self-motivated, fast learner with strong sense of ownership; comfortable working independently under general direction, able to balance priorities and drive concrete deliverables
Minimum 5 years of product marketing/management or business consulting roles in enterprise software/SaaS
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, including public speaking and group facilitation
Ability to articulate complex value propositions via memorable, “sticky” messages to diverse, non-technical audiences, including C-level executives
Experience working in an agile software development environment
Proactive, flexible contributor who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment

Preferred

Experience in Technology Transfer and/or IP Management preferred but not required
Domain experience with Technology Transfer and/or IP Management is a plus
Travel across North America, and occasional International travel, will be required
