Responsibilities

Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget.

Engage in program-level strategic planning and complex issue resolution.

Manage a group or groups of internal and external project teams.

Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, documentation, and project schedule development.

Handle project budget management, status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, and communication across multiple organizational levels.
