Responsibilities

Thoroughly review and comprehend project requirements per contract documentation and other supporting documents.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and plans in coordination with relevant teams.

Coordinate with production and engineering teams on project deliverables, submittals, and quality control.

Meet regularly with stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met and issues are resolved effectively.

Complete project reporting, billing processes, and required documentation according to standards.

Support customers throughout the warranty period and provide ongoing support post-project completion.

Required

A bachelor’s degree (BS, B.) in an Engineering field or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Five (5) years of experience as a titled Project Manager executing controls-related technical/engineering projects. Water/wastewater experience is not required but a plus.

Solid problem-solving skills.

Good communication with technically oriented personnel.

Experience interpreting consultant-generated contract documents.

Working familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project.

Ability to interpret and utilize financial reports and legal documents such as contracts.

Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously ranging in size from $10,000 to $5,000,000 (typical load of up to 20 projects or $10,000,000 total backlog).
