Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
Execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Collaborate with Product Management to understand and meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various tools.
Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools.
Provide updates on test progress, results, and quality metrics.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes.
Recommend process improvements for QA efficiency and effectiveness.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and adapt to project changes.

Required
Minimum 5 + years’ testing experience with proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
Exposure and experience in test automation platforms are a must to adapt to the evolving needs of the QA org.
Exceptionally strong knowledge of testing concepts, verification and validation techniques, defect management, quantitative methods, risk management, and measurement programs.
Experience with continuous integration and build tools (i.e. Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
Experience in Test automation tools like Selenium or any cloud-based test automation platforms
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interface effectively with all levels of management as well as the technical team.
Experience with various test management and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, Zephyr etc.)
Excellent knowledge of SDLC and Agile development practices
Expert in QA processes, techniques & methodologies Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional attitude, leading by example.
Driven and passionate about quality assurance, software development, and agile Methodologies
Have great communication and interpersonal skills and deal effectively with all aspects of the business.
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Preferred
Depth of Technical Experience - Possessing an in-depth understanding of automation, tools & technologies relevant to the role.

Advocate for incorporating quality practices throughout the SDLC, emphasizing prevention over detection, and promoting a culture of quality across the organization.
Healthcare Domain Experience is a plus.
