Responsibilities

Support sales growth through effective lead generation and communication with the team

Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns

Oversee SEO, PPC, and social media programs

Create marketing collateral including digital, video, and print

Research and write client case studies

Collaborate with other managers on internal communications

Assist with planning and ongoing management of the marketing budget

Manage outside vendor agreements and relationships

Convey primary brand message in all marketing collateral

Actively promote geographic brand expansion

Develop and present quantitative analysis reports to support ROI models

Required

3+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, brand development and communications

Highly creative with ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

An outgoing personality with desire to build internal and external relationships

Superior organizational and time management skills

Proven track record of project planning and a passion for collaboration

Experience with AI tools for content creation and list management

Proficient at utilizing a CRM (e.g., Hubspot) and website CMS (e.g., WordPress)

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or communications preferred, relevant work experience considered
