Responsibilities

Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and assist in creating system specifications.

Evaluate user requests for system automation, facilitate meetings to elicit business requirements, and design improved processes.

Analyze existing processes and data, identify improvement opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders.

Define, design, and implement software solutions throughout project life cycles.

Liaise between Operations and IT, gather business requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.

Conduct cost-benefit analysis, build business cases, and lead or participate in multiple projects.

Create and maintain project schedules, develop plans, monitor milestone completion, and resolve conflicts.

Review project deliverables, develop and execute test plans, and manage buy-lists and project documentation.

Track REQs/POs, perform other job-related tasks as needed.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business administration, hotel management or related field of study or any equivalent combination of experience and skills.

3-5 years of experience in business process design or requirement, gathering and translating business requirements for development, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies experience.
