Responsibilities
Content Creation: Assist in the development of engaging and compelling content for various digital channels, including social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
Social Media Management: Support the management and optimization of our social media platforms. Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics to enhance our online presence.
Email Marketing: Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and nurture leads. Help maintain email lists and monitor campaign results.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Collaborate with the team to implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
Digital Advertising: Assist in setting up and managing digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, or Instagram. Monitor ad performance and provide insights for improvements.
Analytics and Reporting: Help analyze data from various digital marketing efforts and prepare regular reports on key performance metrics. Use insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Creative Projects: Collaborate on creative projects, such as designing graphics, creating video content, or other multimedia initiatives to support marketing campaigns.
Website Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining the website's content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support their initiatives and contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with Canva Pro & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools is a plus.
