Responsibilities
Create templates for implementation in Storyline and collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs.
Develop learner-centric courses using realistic examples and hands-on activities.
Utilize agile development techniques to create content for a dynamic environment.
Document course specifications and update existing training materials.
Apply the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in education and/or education technology or design principles.
At least 5 years of Instructional Design Experience
Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills with a demonstrated aptitude for creating instructional content for adult learners.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to incorporate them into the curriculum.
Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented individual who shows initiative and holds themselves accountable.
Experienced using e-learning software (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar).
Experienced using virtual instructor-led tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, etc.)
Demonstrates ability and work in situations under pressure.
Must be able to multitask, be organized, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to quickly master new software applications.
Occasional travel (up to 5% per month).
Preferred
Experience working with and integrating the use of knowledge bases and online references for learning and performance support.
Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI
