Responsibilities

Coordinate with project manager on projects from conceptual design through permitting approvals

Assist with developing and maintaining project activities, schedules, and budgets for projects

Generate project reports for internal and client review, highlighting key milestones, issues, and solutions

Coordinate with outside consultants as directed by the project manager

Conduct regular quality reviews and address any deviations from project specifications

Assist in budget tracking and cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget

Contribute ideas and insights to enhance project management methodologies

Work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

Perform other project and supervisory duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with entry-level experience in design, project management, or a construction-related field or five (5) years of related experience and / or training

Knowledge of MS Project, Newforma, and Microsoft Office Suite
