Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in achieving monthly/annual targets.

Collaborate with management and clients to understand business requirements.

Enter detailed product information accurately into client portals and the ERP system.

Review and verify a large volume of customer purchase orders for data accuracy.

Relay information to the operations departments for order fulfillment.

Engage closely with the sales team to assess customer and retail trends, offering insights for impactful strategies and initiatives.

Strategize, coordinate, and oversee projects to progress products through their entire lifecycle effectively.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SKU availability and inventory management.

Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product positioning and sales strategies.

Create and submit new product quotes for Retailers.

Manage ad hoc paperwork required by customers.

Maintain customer records and handle onboarding for new customers.

Coordinate sample requests and ensure timely delivery to customers.
