Responsibilities
Work on Source Code Management, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure setup and maintenance
Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent communication and support for customers
Contribute to relational database design, schema development, and data optimization
Utilize scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Perl for automation tasks
Demonstrate proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems and version control with Git
Possess knowledge of distributed, replicated, and scalable database infrastructure

Required
BS in Computer Science or similar work experience required
Experience with and passion for Unix / Linux operating systems
Proficiency with Git and at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl)
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, we are here to support our customers!
The ability to work constructively and productively on a team, as well as alone, is critical
Strong candidates will be resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative when appropriate
Experience with relational database design and schema development, data normalization and optimization
Experience with distributed / replicated /scalable database infrastructure
Preferred
Postgres or MariaDB experience
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes administration
General networking and/or storage concepts, protocols and/or monitoring tools
Software debugging tools
