Responsibilities

Responsible for architectural project leadership and documentation

Develop and review building plans and schedules

Oversee a large team of contractors and technicians

Prepare construction contracts for general contractors

Estimate fees, determine the scope of work, and prepare proposals

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and consultants to define project requirements and produce deliverables

Maintain project documentation, estimates, and budgets

Ensure construction meets safety policies and zoning code standards

Monitor progress of projects and assess each phase to ensure deadlines are being met

Serve as primary liaison to bring project completion to clients

Continuously improve knowledge by keeping updated with industry standards

Maintain a positive attitude and relationships with clients and colleagues
