Responsibilities
Experience in developing and maintaining a deep technical understanding of systems, product lines, and technologies.
Further DevOps strategies and skillsets within the team to support stakeholder application and infrastructure enablement.
Work on large, complex technology initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
Integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals.
Develop automation workflows against cloud services and cloud native environments.
Experience with observability, logging, metrics, monitoring services, and improving operational health & efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide best practice design and guidance for IT process automation.
Fulfill responsibilities of a DevOps and automation engineer on cloud-native technologies.
Research and develop tool/service automation to enhance data accuracy and consistency.
Evangelize and develop DevOps strategies among team members.
Deliver custom configuration and training to internal customers for better leverage of internal IT tools and services.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to enhance internal IT tools and services.
Develop business intelligence solutions to satisfy business needs and support hybrid cloud objectives.
Partner with cross-functional departments and teams to meet business outcomes.
Automate and apply development principles to operational practices for SaaS Service management.

Required
BS Degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
5+ years experience with software engineering environments, specifically with coding
Strong understanding of Python development and scripting from scratch
Experience with logging and metric traces using tools like Grafana and Prometheus
Familiar with Linux command lines
