Responsibilities
Determine requirements for data collection and analyze financial information for various processes.
Identify and evaluate changes to increase efficiency of financial processes, systems, and reporting.
Maintain partnership with divisional business unit finance teams to acquire accurate financial data.
Prepare and analyze benchmarking reports, develop spreadsheets for business problems, and provide solutions based on analytics.
Analyze Analyst/Investor P&L comparisons, update team on significant changes, and develop models to support financial concepts.
Take ownership of budget, forecasting, special projects, and a portion of the Conference Call preparation.

Required
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
Strong financial knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Experience with databases and Oracle products such as Planning and HFM
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Strong ability to understand and communicate financial concepts
Strong understanding of industry practices
High proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
Good planning/organizational skills and techniques
Good decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation and public speaking skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages
Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company, begin to build partnerships externally
Resolve complex issues in effective ways
Preferred
Master's degree or global equivalent a plus
