Responsibilities
Produces digital nursing education curricula and graphic design assets
Focuses on supporting career-readiness nursing development through various learning solutions
Creates learner-centric training deliverables aligned with evidence-based principles
Applies ADDIE methodology to design learning solutions for newly graduated nurses
Works closely with Content Lead and UI/UX person to manage product quality assurance and content organization
Partners with internal stakeholders and vendors to create market relevant products
Evaluates team processes and proposes recommendations for improvement

Required
Bachelors degree and/or a Masters degree in Instructional Design. Masters degree in Instructional Technology, Corporate Training, Educational Technology or similar degree related to Communications, Technical Writing and/or Adult Education (Higher Ed or Professional training) is acceptable.
Between 3 and 7 years of instructional system experience.
Experience working with SMEs and serving in a Learning Consultant role on any Elsevier Squad or Product Development team, Training team, or UI/UX team within a matrix organization.
Web-conferencing tools (Google Meet, Adobe Connect, Zoom), and elearning authoring tools.
Moderate knowledge of graphic design tools (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Moderate knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Document Management Systems, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design methodology & principles as well as eLearning course development best practices in a medical education/healthcare education market preferred.
