Responsibilities
Oversee various projects focusing on switchgear, MEP infrastructure, move management, and interior finishes.
Responsible for asset preservation tasks, compliance with building codes, and managing infrastructure components.
Coordinate reconfiguration and renovation projects, as well as lead tenant improvement projects.

Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
Ability to exercise judgment based on thorough analysis of various information sources
Openness to adopting fresh perspectives on existing solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills paired with a curious and advanced mindset
Advanced math skills enabling the calculation of moderately complex figures like percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
Preferred
