Responsibilities

Support and drive the content marketing strategy, crafting and managing a library of compelling thought leadership and marketing collateral.
Take the lead on executing key campaigns, overseeing project timelines, managing stakeholder relations, and distributing content creatively.
Lead PR efforts, collaborating with PR firm, external partners, and internal thought leaders to generate compelling initiatives aligned with business goals.
Oversee vendors and contractors supporting content creation and PR.
Act as steward of the BTS brand voice, distilling complex insights into impactful messaging.
Lead and manage distribution of marketing updates across various channels, ensuring effective reach and engagement.
Elevate online presence through SEO-optimized thought leadership posts and engaging web copy.
Play a critical role in executing global content strategy and facilitating onboarding for new team members.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in content marketing for senior B2B audiences.
Experience demonstrating credibility and working with senior stakeholders and experts.
High degree of proficiency in project and time management with a keen attention to detail.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Pardot, and Wordpress.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred

Background in professional services marketing.
Understanding of buyers of professional services.
Experience with PR.
Proven ability to craft marketing messages that engage business leaders and professionals.
Experience creating and delivering email campaigns, newsletters, etc.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience with generative AI technologies and digital content creation, including podcasting and media editing.
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Multilingual capabilities.
