Responsibilities
Student Records Management: Maintain accurate student records, files, and transcripts.
Assist students in applying for financial aid, collaborating with federal and state agencies.
Establish payment plans and manage student billing.
Academic Support: Collaborate with professors and department heads to plan course schedules.
Prepare materials for classes and organize department events.
Assist students in career planning, job acquisition strategies, and internship placements.
Communication and Publications: Create, edit, and publish college publications, brochures, and marketing materials.
Ensure effective communication with students, faculty, and staff.
Oversee campus communications and announcements.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
