Responsibilities

Improve operational efficiency of Babylist Health across multiple product lines and service areas

Build customer facing and internal policies and procedures for a delightful customer experience

Identify and execute strategic growth projects expanding the audience and value proposition

Build strategic partnerships to create awareness and adoption of Babylist Health

Own the roadmap and prioritization matrix for operational growth projects

Measure, analyze, and report performance of initiatives and tactics

Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to drive growth opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions and maintain key partnerships

Required

7+ years of experience working in product operations in a high growth environment within the healthcare or wellness industry

Recent experience working on a business with complicated operational processes

Demonstrated track record of owning a project from inception to delivery including creating a project plan, aligning cross functional stakeholders and identifying/meeting milestones and key KPIs

Analytical thinker and can dive deep into data to answer questions and spot opportunities

Knowledge of the breast pump and lactation space is a plus

A deep understanding of how to track and measure success of programs via tools like Sigma (or other relevant systems) and ability to create dynamic dashboards (i.e basic modeling in Excel) for streamlined data interpretation and decision-making

Ability and willingness to get into the weeds to create policies, procedures and new ways of working

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills for a variety of audiences

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously & collaboratively to find direction in ambiguity and complexity

Bachelor’s degree preferred
