Responsibilities

Leader of Design Team; inspire, manage and build out a talented top performing design team

Responsible for internal and external stakeholder correspondence; effectively communicate concepts through written documentation, wireframes, storyboards, flow diagrams and low to high fidelity mock-ups

Take ownership of refining the design process, demonstrating expertise in layout, typography and visual hierarchy and have the ability to give strong direction to team members

Demonstrate, articulate and teach others an understanding of established and evolving standards of human interactions and how they can be expressed through our design language

Anticipate and drive innovative industry design systems, trends and procedures

Required

Typically requires 9+ years experience leading and managing design and product teams and working cross functionally

Excellent visual design and IxD skills, and experience creating polished UI/UX products

5+ years expertise designing digital products in the healthcare industry; EHR experience is the preference

Must have Figma Experience

Strong portfolio designing successful mobile apps for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, web, push and email) and proficiency with design tools and software such as Figma, Miro and Adobe creative suite

BA in relevant design discipline or equivalent work experience
